Responsibilities:
1. Undertake epitaxial process design, LED structure design and other research and development work;
2. Undertake the monitoring, sorting, analysis and sharing of research and development data;
3. Undertake the verification of new technology and the trial of new materials;
4. Prepare and revise production process SOP documents, undertake daily training, guidance and supervision of operators.
Requirements:
1. Master degree or above, major in optoelectronics, microelectronics, material physics, condensed matter physics and other related disciplines;
More than 2.3 years of semiconductor related epitaxial process working experience, familiar with epitaxial process;
3. Have the ability to write papers and patent documents;
