Center Introduction

The inspection and testing center laboratory of Zhongke Lu'an Semiconductor Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. was established in 2018, and the fixed assets of instruments and equipment engaged in material testing are more than 4000 million yuan.

The center mainly includes: secondary ion mass spectrometer, scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffractometer, atomic force microscope, transmission spectrum (ultraviolet visible near infrared spectrophotometer), Hall test system, Raman spectrometer, non-destructive square resistance tester, time-resolved fluorescence spectrometer and deep ultraviolet low temperature spectrum detection system and a series of experimental instruments and devices. The application fields of instruments and equipment cover the fields of materials and semiconductors, and can analyze the structure, surface, electrical, optical and physical and chemical properties of materials.

Adhering to the concept of "integrity-based scientific research, innovation and win-win cooperation", the center is committed to promoting the research and development of the LED industry, market-oriented, and service-oriented.
